Returns

How do I return my order?
Is your order not quite what you expected? Too bad, but no problem to return it. At Jozemiek Fashion & Lifestyle  you always have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returning is fairly easy.

Personalized items, advent box and surprise boxes, items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (of which the seal has been broken). Also think of earrings, cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

After receiving your return shipment the amount will immediately be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days. Jozemiek Sieraden is well-known for handling return shipments quickly.

Please note that Jozemiek Sieraden will only accept return shipments if they are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and / or used items are refused and returned.

Both the costs and the risk of sending are at a return ring for own account. Return the items you wish to return or exchange in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly. Unidentifiable returns are returned to the sender where possible.

Returns are not possible for the following items:

  • Personalized items
  • Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as earrings and tights
  • Sale items




How can I exchange an item?
Do you want to exchange an item because the color is not right? No problem, follow our normal return procedure but indicate on the packing slip or on a separately enclosed note which item you exchange white and for which size and / or color.

Keep in mind that articles will quickly sell out and it is not always possible to exchange your item. If this is the case, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.



Will I receive the total amount?
After receiving your return shipment, we will immediately refund the amount to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days. The shipping costs incurred by you for the return will not be reimbursed.

Do I need to return returned free items?
Items delivered free of delivery may be returned. If you want to keep the free item delivered, we will deduct the value of the item delivered free of the purchase price.

 

  • Return conditions:
  • Returns can only be made within the stated return period of 14 days.
  • Returns in store are free. All other returns are at your own expense.
  • Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account in the event of a return.
  • We will only process returns if they are registered by email within 14 days of delivery and are returned in their original condition including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
  • Non-identifiable returns are stored at our head office for up to 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and correspondence can no longer be entered into.
  • Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be initiated into missing returns. So please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund. Please note that an investigation can be initiated up to 14 days after the delivery date shown. The shipping parties and we will no longer process requests after 14 days.
  • After a period of 14 days after the shipping date, it is no longer possible to initiate an investigation with the shipping party and correspondence can no longer be entered into with the shipping party about this. We will therefore no longer process these applications. This applies to both shipments arranged by jozemiek.com and to a return shipment from the customer.
  • Have you paid delivery costs? If you return all items in your order, you will also receive a refund for the delivery costs.
  • Items that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (of which the seal has been broken)
  • We will not process returns that are sent outside the statutory inspection period.
  • Transaction costs are not reimbursed.
  • Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as quickly as possible! Contact [email protected] and clearly state your name, order number and the items involved.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged/returned
  • If you have returned a package and this return has not been processed as a return within 5 working days of receipt by us, please contact us immediately so that we can start an investigation.Requests for an investigation will no longer be processed by us 1 month after registration of the return.
